WHAT IS SELF-LOVE?
 
It is the most essential ingredient in becoming whole again.
 
As a fitness instructor and health and wellness coach, I have helped hundreds of women lose weight and gain confidence in themselves over the years.
Many going on to make life altering changes and sustaining them for the long haul.
 
But there was still something missing.
They still weren’t happy.
 
Of course they would say there were happy. And they probably thought they were happy. Just like I did after my own transformation of body and mind. We believed we were happy.
 
But were we really?
 
In the 3D reality that we live in now, the ego rules.
We live in lack and scarcity and the fear of missing out.
We live in a world of societal conditioning in which we are trained to think, believe, feel, want, and react in a way that is approved by the society.
We are bombarded by pictures in the magazines, social media and in the movies of how we should look. Not to mention how little time we have to do it in!
These images though are highly altered and not at all realistic.
 
And this is where we come undone. If what we are striving to achieve is just an illusion, how will we ever be able to be happy?
 
So what’s missing?
 
The spirit.
 
You have probably heard of ‘mind, body and spirit’? This is a holistic approach to wellness. Its working on the WHOLE person, not just some parts. And just like physical fitness, mindset, nutrition and emotional wellness are all integral parts of working on yourself, so is your spiritual health.
 
The most empowering part of working on your spiritual health is being able to love yourself first and foremost. Loving yourself is about accepting ALL of yourself, including the parts that society may tell you are undesirable. Self-love is UNCONDITIONAL.
 
LOVE is the most potent and healing tool that we all have!
 
As we move into a life that is more 5D consciousness, we will move from an ego based lifestyle to a HEART based one. We will live more in the soul than our egos. The illusion will dissolve and we will begin to see what is real.
 
And what is real? LOVE.
Love, love, love, love, love, love, LOVE!
 
When you can learn to love yourself, you can then start to build a solid foundation of integrity, compassion and kindness.
Your soul will radiate! And when your soul is shining, this is when you can truly say that you are HAPPY. 
 
It took me a long time to realize this. A lot of trial and error. But now i have ALL the pieces of the puzzle.
 
YOUR INTERNAL WORLD REFLECTS YOUR REALITY.
 
Meaning, if you truly love yourself from within, then that will radiate out of you and affect EVERYTHING around you. In a good way! #positivevibes 
 
Everything in your life will start to flow very easily!
You will start to manifest faster.
You will attract more love, kindness AND compassion into your life.
Its magical!
 
I am making it my mission in 2022 to empower as many women as possible, to heal themselves from the inside out, through SELF-LOVE techniques and my new program, The Health & Happiness Journey.
