About Maya

Aswell as being a personal trainer and health & wellness coach, Maya is also both a Usui and Crystal Reiki Master. She has been practicing for over 4 years now and her work is focused on empowering all people to be active participants in their own healing, transformation and wellbeing.

Maya is also a qualified Sound Healer and loves creating and facilitating group Sound Baths that assist in aligning the chakras and promoting feelings of self-love, positive body-image and self-worth and esteem. She is a huge advocate for holistic health and wellness that incorporates the WHOLE person. Mind, body, soul and spirit.

What is Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by the practitioner placing their hands lightly on specific areas of your body. It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A treatment feels very relaxing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement. It does not hurt or cause harm.

Crystal Reiki is the addition of crystals being placed around and on top of the body, in energetic grids, to amplify the healing energy of the session. In a Crystal Reiki session, you may also experience a wide range of sound healing instruments, such as crystal bowls, koshi chimes, drums, bells and tuning forks to experience a deeper sense of peace, alignment and cellular healing.

How to prepare for your session

Keep hydrated, increase your water intake 48 hours prior to you session.
Wear comfortable clothes. Bring socks. That’s it!

Current energy exchange is $144

A 75 min healing, where we will firstly immerse you in Pure, Divine Source light 😇🪽

Before and during your session, we will connect and communicate directly with your higher self, spirit guides, angels, animal messengers, ascended masters, spirit babies and galactic family to assist in your healing and to receive messages specific for you.

I will then do a sweep of your aura, check your chakras, clear and balance them with reiki, crystals and sound healing, then release any energetic blocks or intrusions that may be causing you any physical/mental or emotional pain.

If there are any unhealthy cords and attachments that are no longer serving your highest good, we can cut these too.

As you go deeper into relaxation, you will be able to explore the energetic realm for any answers you may have been searching for.

This session will leave you feeling much more grounded, relaxed, rejuvenated, aligned and in a much higher vibrational state. You will have more clarity, feel more connected, enlightened and free.

I will also write you a beautiful analysis of your session within 48 hours, complete with any remedies, tips and recommendations for you, so that you can integrate the session more fully in the following days.

I have had two reiki sessions with Maya…. Maya is a natural healer with an amazing energy that I could actually see in the form of light coming through despite having a sand bag over my closed eyes.. I felt totally relaxed and safe during each session… she identified in the first session that all of my chakras are closed, not surprised 🤣🤣 She pulled cards for me that were spot on and made total sense about my journey and how I get there. The second session some of my chakras had opened, still have a lot of work to do there but again gave me ideas on how to open these… the second session Maya did some reiki for my back and leg which has been a problem for months now… the pain was gone completely after that session and has not returned 🙏🙏 I have always been relatively intuitive but since our sessions it has ramped up big time and I am trusting my inner voice more and more… A couple of names came to me in my second session and the reason why those names came up was apparent..
